Easy Returns at QNI Wholesale

If you receive a damaged package, it is important to document the condition of the package before removing the items. Please take a picture of the damaged packaging and any damaged items within. These pictures can be emailed to [email protected] or texted to +1(304)881-3805.

It is crucial that QNI Wholesale is notified of any issues within 2 days of your receipt of the order. Any return requests or reports of damaged items must be made within this timeframe. Please be aware that damaged items need to be returned within 7 days of order receipt. There may be a 15% restocking fee applied in certain cases.

Upon approval of your return request, credits or exchanges will be noted on your account. These will be sent with your next order, unless otherwise approved by QNI Wholesale for direct reimbursement. Please note that used or improperly handled merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.

Please understand that the return approval is at the discretion of QNI Wholesale. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our guidelines or standards.
